Room Sizes, Capacity and Prices:
The building opens regularly at 10 a.m. Monday–Friday
(earlier by arrangement), and by arrangement on weekends. It closes at 11
p.m. Sunday–Thursday and midnight on Friday and Saturday. All
prices quoted below include free parking in our three adjacent lots. The following
rental fees are for events from 3 to 8.5 hours in duration. They apply to
events without food and events with food purchased from the in-house caterer.
Sales tax of 9.5 percent will be added to all fees. For rental details and room rates for nonprofits, Nordic organizations,
2-hour events or events with outside catering, please call (206) 283-1078.
Let us know how we're doing. If you're one of our rental customers, we have
surveys for you to print, fill out and return before and
after your event.
