To join, please download our membership form and send it along with your payment to:

Once we have received both your application and payment, your membership card[s] will be mailed to you and you will automatically start receiving our newsletter. If you would prefer, you may e-mail us your information (see form) or give us the information over the phone. In either case, your membership cards and subscription to the newsletter will start after we have received your payment.
